Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods
Products purchased on www.millrats.com are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS (carrier chosen by Johnstown Family Entertainment, LLC). Delivery time is contingent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process (standard shipping time is typically 1-5 business days).
Johnstown Family Entertainment, LLC is not responsible for the care or delivery of your order once it has been transferred to the carrier and leaves our facility. The responsibility to safely deliver products in a timely manner is forwarded to the carrier. If you receive damaged or defective property that you believe to be the fault of Johnstown Family Entertainment, LLC, contact our return department for assistance.
All ticket reservations will be delivered electronically to the purchaser’s email and or mobile phone. Purchaser can go into their account and transfer tickets to other parties.
To redeem your tickets, QR code will be scanned at entry gate. QR codes can be scanned from hard copy paper or on mobile phone displaying electronic receipt with QR code.
All ticket sales are final.
Ticket reservations may be subject to a seating reservation charge.
All Flex Plans can be redeemed any time for any game subject to seating availability. QR codes will expire at the end of the season.
All tickets and purchases can be viewed and managed by logging into your account on our website.
Gift card and purchase vouchers can be redeemed at any concession stand and or fan shop by showing QR code.
